If you or a treated member of your household finds one or more live adult lice following treatment (including after instructed use of the day 10 oil treatment and follow-up combing method) we will re-treat all family members free of charge. This offer only applies if all members of the family / household are treated during initial treatment and if all members receive the ten day follow-up oil treatment and follow-up combing protocol. Any head lice found after the 30 day window will be considered a new case of head lice.
